Ron and his team were such an incredible asset to the sale of our home. We had heard great things from a neighbor who was working with him, and decided to reach out. Ron really lived up to the expectations. He made every step of the process easy, was very responsive and on top of communications and expectations. Being a mom of young children with a husband who travels, he really took on a bulk of the mental load and made a daunting event as uncomplicated as could be. Last minute projects were a breeze, as he provided great contractors to get the job done. By the end of it, we’d never seen our house look as great as it did. In the end, he got us more than we could have hoped for for the property and we were extremely thrilled with the outcome.

For most families a Real Estate transaction is the largest financial decision they make in their lives. The process is complicated, involves layers of entities, organizations and municipalities to have it finalized.
It is critical to have an expert to be able to “Pilot” the process. I have had the honor of being involved with several transactions Ron Lenz has piloted. Ron’s vast military background helps him navigate the process and adjust to each transaction which truly is “unique”. In this process no two transactions can be the same. In addition to his military background, Ron’s personality to “serve and protect” his clients is clearly visible in every transaction.
Ron’s expert and meticulous attention to details allows him to proactively expect movements and expertly prepare the necessary angles to handle the process before it even becomes an “issue”.
I regularly observe Ron’s transactions involving clients who are overseas, in a different state or not together at the time of the settlement. Ron’s guidance and using the resources available to him and understanding the process early on by knowing his clients and their unique environment sets up the necessary aspect of the transaction to seamlessly set the stage for it to be handled instead of last minute fire drills.

Buying my house with Ron and Taylor was truly a wonderful and effortless experience. I was buying from out of state and on a time crunch. Ron Lenz is an AMAZING realtor. We moved from Washington State to Virginia and were referred to him through our realtor in WA. After getting in contact with him, he stayed connected with us every step of the way and was available whenever we needed him.

When we were first scheduled to fly out and meet to tour houses in person, we had to reschedule for health reasons. And Ron accommodated this change without a problem. He also blocked out the amount of time that we were in town to focus on us.

And because we were interested in Maryland but he was not licensed there yet, he kindly connected us with an associate from his office that was able to guide us around to the areas we were interested in.

This is our second go around with purchasing a house. And this by far was the better experience, from beginning to end. From the start, there was a connection, responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge and humor that you expect to have with your realtor.

And we were pleased that Ron met all the criteria. We would happily refer him to anyone in need of a realtor. He goes above and beyond to the point that we walked away from this transaction with a beautiful new home and a new friend.

Ron was a delight to work with. He brought his buyers to my listing and managed everything professionally and with grace from start to finish. When an emergency situation with a leaking hot water heater occurred hours before closing, he acted pro-actively to minimize, diffuse and correct damage, and bring us all to closing in the nick of time with grace, patience and humor. With a small window of time and a narrow search for floor plan and neighborhood restrictions, he made it happen!!! We love our Fairfax/Burke community and it was so important that we stay in Kings Park West.

My family and I were devastated when our landlords returned early from an overseas tour and needed to occupy the rental home that our family had grown to love for 2 years.
