For those who are buying a home, from the tech standpoint, Ron has a property search website that allows him to track properties his clients are looking at online and marking as their favorites. They are able to communicate instantly and watch for changes from a feed that is refreshed frequently throughout the day.

When clients identify a neighborhood they want to live in and they have been unsuccessful in finding anything online, Ron has gone out and rang doorbells to search for someone who wants to sell. This high touch approach gives him a boots on the ground perspective of a neighborhood that cannot be found through an online search or by looking at a spreadsheet.

For those who need to sell a home, Ron uses online information to educate his clients, so they are able to price correctly. He always hires a professional photographer and has specialty photographers (such as drone photographers) he can use depending on the property. Once the home is listed, Ron does both online advertising and door to door canvassing based on the assumption that one of your neighbors may know someone who wants to buy your home!
