As a first generation immigrant Ron’s modest upbringing has fueled his drive to develop his personal and professional characteristics. With limited resources Ron was compelled to learn the ways of a new life in America to help his parents and siblings make the most of their new home. In doing so Ron was able to apply what he learned and made the most of his opportunities in life beginning as a leader in his inner city high school as Student Body President, leadership roles in college, ownership of his own real estate and mortgage brokerage, corporate brokerage management and currently serves the local REALTOR Association as a State Director and Chair.
25 Years ago in 1992 Ron Pascual received his real estate license encouraged by his now current wife and love of his life, Josephine. Upon graduating with a business management and human resources degree and holding corporate positions in both Ron was ready to implement the experience and education he had gained to venture out on his own as a REALTOR. His timing couldn’t have been any worse or so most thought. The market was in a recession and major aerospace companies were closing and Orange County was bankrupt. Ron’s keen vision and positive mental attitude allowed him to successfully make a tough start to his career into a profitable endeavor. How did he do it? Ron’s formative years as youngster in an immigrant family taught him the resolve to make the best of what was available. Mentored for his first 2 years by a highly successful Realtor was key in Ron’s early success as he was trained on alternative sources of real estate sales through investment, foreclosure, short, discounted, court, trust, divorce and relocation sales.
A few of Ron’s recent closings include a successful trustee listing sale for a COO of a publicly traded company in which discretion was priority, investor purchase of highly desirable home w margin for profit, maximizing a cooperative listing and sale for a family owned single family home with commercial property upside, ocean view home sale representing both parties for highest sale in community, representation of corporate attorney in listing of his home to a civil attorney. Ron’s ability to work with clientele who expect the highest level of professionalism, honesty and ethics has been proven over and over throughout his career of over 4000 sales transactions as REALTOR, Broker Owner and Managing Broker.
Ron’s free time is enjoyed most with his family. Outdoor activities and travel complete his life away from work. Family membership to St. Bonaventure Parish and many years as a volunteer at the local YMCA is source of spiritual fulfillment.
