Ron and his team were an invaluable resource for us! We made an out of state move and Ron was there every step of the way. Having him by our side through the "New Home" purchase was key. I would never go through that process again without a realtor and hope to be in our new home for many years, but if we need a realtor in the future he's our first call.

After working with Ron for years in the retail business many years ago, I decided to call him to see if he would be interested in helping me find a new home. It had been over 20 years since I had purchased a home and I wanted someone that I knew would shoot me straight but also knew me and how stubborn and hard-headed I could be.
This journey began close to a year ago and Ron knew that I was in no hurry to buy and really wasn’t sure of exactly what I was looking for or what area I wanted to live in. Ron was very patient with me and every time I found something I wanted to go see, he would set it up and off we went. We would then discuss all the pros and cons of each home and area we viewed. There were many times that I would drive around or just go to open houses and then send him a list of the ones I had looked at. He would research each one and again would give me more than enough information to assist me in my decision making. This went on for months – on again off again. Then finally, I thought I had found the house I wanted. Both Ron and Stephanie spent lots of time pulling comps and getting everything in line for me to make an offer and the next morning I told him I had changed my mind and didn’t want to purchase an older house. I had finally made one decision – I wanted a newly built home. So the search continued. Ron never showed any signs of frustration with me even though I was totally frustrated with myself. We finally found an area where they were extending into a new phase of an existing sub-division. I was able to pick the floorplan I wanted and the builders had just poured the foundation on a perfect corner lot.
Once the contract was in place, Ron was there with me every step of the way. It took just over three months for the house to be completed and I probably drove by at least 3 or 4 times a week during construction. I was constantly calling or texting my questions and concerns to Ron and he would be on the phone to the builders to get answers or solutions to all my worries. Ron always made me feel like my problems were his problems and even though I knew he was very busy with several other clients, he always found the time and made me feel comfortable and important. When it came time for the inspections, Ron had a list of everything I needed to do and even provided me with choices of inspectors. And finally, the time came for the final walk thru and closing and of course, Ron was there to make sure everything went as planned. I have been in my new home for about three months now and couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Ron and his “patience” I am in my perfect home! If you are looking for someone to help you buy or sell a home – you should call Ron!

Ron and Stephanie handled the sale of my home and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. From recommending vendors to make small repairs around the house to consulting with me about the asking price and right through the staging of the home and negotiating offers with potential buyers, I could not be happier with the outcome. Ron is a savvy realtor whose guidance resulted in multiple offers for my home, all of them over the asking price and right in line with the highest appraisals in my neighborhood. The closing took all of 15 minutes and was actually an enjoyable process.

I never felt rushed or pushed — Ron worked with me according to my own timeline. When my schedule got busy and preparations for selling the home slowed to a crawl, Ron never expressed frustration; rather, he said repeatedly, "I understand. I'm right here when you're ready to get rolling again."

He has a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of the home selling process: vendors — from small home repairs to window cleaners to roofing specialists; ways to photograph the home so it looks magnificent; descriptions of the home that would make anyone want to purchase it, and excellent relationships with title companies that ensure everything comes off without a hitch. He also has an encyclopedic knowledge of Nashville, its neighborhoods, history and all the nooks and crannies where you might find an interesting home for sale or there's a good deal to be had.

In a few weeks, he will be handling my purchase of a new home in Spring Hill, and just after that, the sale of my fiancée's home. I'm not the least bit worried about how these transactions will go. For the first time I feel like I have a realtor I can trust and who makes decisions based on what's best for ME.

When we began planning the sale of our house we anticipated at least a month or two on the market and were prepared for many showings and having to evacuate the house at a moment’s notice. However, soon after Ron came to our assistance we were in a multiple offer situation and within days we had a contract well over our asking price. Initially, I had been uncomfortable with the selling process but he left me at ease and I couldn’t have been happier with how it all worked out. He assisted us with getting our home ready for the market by pointing out what should be repaired/cleaned for optimum showing. Ron checked prices of comparable homes in our area and set a price that got prospective homebuyers in the door. Finally he was on top of the contracts, paperwork, and deadlines.
The house search was a little more difficult as we had specific desires in our future home. We were looking for an older home that had acreage for a reasonable price. Ron was very patient with us and took us to visit many homes over a several week period. We were made aware of homes the moment they came on the market. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the contracts we had to sign which was very helpful as this was not something that I do every day. We never felt rushed, even though were very diligent about our inspection contingencies as we had no desire to get into a bad situation. Whenever I felt we were overdoing it he encouraged us to keep at it and didn’t want us in a house we were uncomfortable with. He got us out of our first contract due to inspections. Ultimately, we found exactly what we were looking for and he negotiated the price below asking. Ron also came to both closings with us as we signed all the final documents, which was a comfort. We would recommend him to everyone!
