Ron and Marianne were both super willing to meet all my specific needs in a condo. We browsed many different options in quite a few neighborhoods, both close and afar, and they always took the time to give me a thorough look at the good and bad in each.

When I finally settled on a place, they walked me through the whole process, from opening bid to closing. They explained the pros and cons and really took the time to make me comfortable in my choice. I would highly recommend their services.

Ron Smith took care of my wife and I starting with the very first home we looked at this summer. He was highly professional and proficient. He also was a great partner in showing issues with homes we looked at so that we'd see both the good and bad with each home. Highly informative, extremely easy to work with and always accessible. Can't praise him enough. He made us feel like we had someone working with us to help AND protect us during this process, And yes, we got our dream home and he helped in every stage to make it as stress free as possible.

I purchased a house in Santa Paula, CA with Ron's assistance. I grew up in the SCV and wanted to get closer to the beach. Ron took the extra time to travel to Santa Paula several times to show me homes until I found the perfect home! Purchasing a older home has a lot of details that need attention and Ron was right on top of things and kept me in the loop through all the steps. Ron and Marianne are good friends and professional real estate agents that can be trusted and will always have your best interest.
