About Ron
Upon graduating high school in 1981, he attended Motech Automotive Education Center in Livonia, MI. He completed the program in 11 months and became a certified Auto Technician in 1982. He worked in the automotive industry as a tech for 18 years until his body gave out physically. In 1999, he had to retool his career and it was then that he embarked on his Real Estate adventure.
By 2004, he had become one of the top selling Brokers in SE Michigan. While he was a broker at Keller Williams, he listed and sold over 3000 properties. He gained extensive experience understanding the needs of his clients and took pride in making all transactions a win-win result.
In 2012, he changed his focus to work one-on-one with home sellers. He now purchases properties to fix up and sell, keep as rentals, or sell to his network of cash buyers. Today, he buys houses of all kinds and in any condition. He strives to achieve the best result for all parties involved and has based his business on the principles of integrity, respect, and honesty.
It’s a family business - his wife, Velma, helps him with renovation & staging decisions when they buy fixer-upper properties. She is a very talented administrator and also has a great eye for design and floor plans. She helps him best decide how to make homes beautiful again. His wife is also the Elementary Principal at the school their children attend.
Real estate is how he provides for his family, but he also loves what he does! Working directly with sellers to help solve their real estate problems gives him great joy. Whether it’s offering a quick purchase, buying the house in as-is condition, helping navigate the probate process, working with an out-of-state seller, etc.; he has done it all!
