About Ron

I obtained my real estate license in 2005 and my broker’s license in 2014. Prior to my entry into real estate, I spent eight years as an officer in the US Marine Corps obtaining the rank of Major. Following my service, I spent fifteen years in the financial, retail and manufacturing corporate sectors before buying my own business. It was during the ten years that I owned my business that I got interested in real estate as I purchased a piece of commercial property and constructed a 17,000sf warehouse to go along with two other buildings. Commercial properties are my main interest however I do handle some residential clients. I am a full member of Costar and Commgate and I maintain a listing package with Loopnet.com. As for my avocation, I am a certified Open Water SCUBA instructor and also teach nitrox diving, deep diving, night diving and stress & rescue.
