Ronda is the best realtor in the ENC, she is very professional, very punctual, very knowledgeable and will fight for you rather than try to be essentially a car salesman. She looks out for the best interests of her clients and goes above and beyond for them as well. I’ve worked with a realtor prior to meeting Ronda and he was very unprofessional, unresponsive and tried to sell me a home I had no interest in. As a first time homebuyer, Mrs. Scott was the best realtor that we could have ever hoped for. She was personally referred to us by a professional & family friend. We had ZERO knowledge on the whole home buying process and Mrs. Scott took great care of our family throughout the whole process. She was always available despite her busy schedule and was always reassuring and positive. She has a huge network and resources that she shared with us along the way. We started the home buying process in April and were moved into our new home by June. She was by our side through it all! From shopping for lenders to our blue tape walk through and is still here for us even after we have already moved into the home. There are a number of realtors in the area who I have tried to speak with on the home buying process in previous years but I felt the most safe & secure with Mrs. Scott. She is very family oriented and an amazing communicator. She did not let us settle and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. If she did not take those extra steps and cared as much as she does, we would have never ended up in our dream home! We were taken care of every step of the way and we are beyond grateful!

I wish I could give 30 stars! Ronda was absolutely nothing short of amazing!!! From the first meeting in the office, and all the way to the closing table, she was EVERYTHING you would hope for in a realtor! Any concerns I had, she addressed them HEAD ON. She makes it very clear that she’s there for the client, and she ensured my family made it to the closing table with EVERYTHING we were looking for in a home purchase. When our lender showed any ounce of laziness, she stepped in to fight on our behalf and got things done!!!! On day one, she said she would treat me like family, and honestly…the way she guided me during the whole process as a first time homebuyer, she made me feel like she was really looking at me as one of her own. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have to say Mrs. Ronda Scott is the best Realtor out there! We contacted Mrs. Ronda Feb 22 for some advice, NOT KNOWING WHAT WE WERE WALKING INTO! We really just wanted some information about rentals in the area, but we made an impulse decision to look into purchasing our own home. Mrs. Ronda was there with us ever step of the way. From connecting us to the perfect broker, to answering calls late in the midnight hr, to making sure our offer was the best on the table! In less than 16 days, we were on the road to homeowners! First and foremost I want to thank God for the blessing of being able to buy a house. All of that was made possible with the help and guidance Ms. Ronda. She went above and beyond with my wife and I as we were first time home buyer’s. Not really knowing a lot she put in the time to explain everything to us and was available 24/7 no matter what we needed to know or have explained to us. She put us at ease to let us know that there was something out there for us and was in lock step the whole way. She is great at her job and willing to even help us on her own time when she was done for the day. I have to say going into this home buying process, I was scared and aiming blindly not knowing what direction I was aiming for. I started with Veterans United and a realtor through them and immediately made the switch to Ronda and her team. I can honestly say she eased the stress and made this process so fluid and pretty much effortless. She was on call for me no matter the day or time and even when she was out of town she made it her business to check on me and the process. For some realtors you can tell it’s all about the money. For Ronda she genuinely showed she cared and made it as though I was part of her family. She will tell you flat out that she isn’t comfortable with you buying a home if it is not up to par. In her exact words after seeing a house with major damage “You’re not buying this house.” I love her and definitely will be in contact with her in the future.

Looking for a great real estate agent? You can go ahead and hit that easy button right now by choosing Ronda Scott. I have purchased several homes over my lifetime and this recent purchase had plenty of curveballs thrown; however, it was the way Ronda dealt with those curveballs that earned my endorsement. Without her guiding hand the process would have been a nightmare, but Ronda took on the burden of dealing with everything that was challenging in a way that made the process seamless for me. All the while I knew she was working her tail off behind the scenes. That's the kind of real estate agent you want folks; not someone that can just rubber stamp the easy ones with a smile, but someone who has the knowledge, technical proficiency, and maturity to handle challenges when they arise and do so in a way that leaves you without even noticing the difference. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ronda as my realtor. For all she did, including going way outside the scope of her job description, I know she was underpaid on this one. Choosing the realtor for my next home purchase will be an easy decision for me. I dont even know where to begin. Ronda is amazing. I felt like I had know her for years the first day we met. She took care of my family and got us into a home we needed quick. She is not your ordinary realtor looking for a commission check. She puts you first and makes sure you are taken care of.
