Ronda Cronin

After graduating from Arizona State University (go Sun Devils!), Ronda first got her start in the world of real estate as a planning assistant for Earl Curley and Lagarde P.C., assisting zoning attorneys and planning consultants in the re-zoning process for various cities in Maricopa County. She then transitioned to role of Project Coordinator for Grubb & Ellis, where she researched market statistics for compilation to be used in the drafting of market analysis and feasibility studies for commercial properties. She now serves as a full time, professional Realtor® in the metropolitan Phoenix area, adhering to the highest ethical standards, and has been happily helping residential and commercial clients buy and sell their properties for the past twenty-six years. She specializes in single-family home and home site sales, zoning and land issues, market research and the appraisal of real estate and is a proud resident of North Central Phoenix.
