About Rondi

Upon graduating from the University of Evansville in Indiana, Rondi moved to Colorado. She began her career as a corporate event planner, working for several destination management companies in Vail, and non-profit corporations throughout Colorado. Event planning allowed her to work hand in hand with local businesses and members of the community while tapping into her creative and detail oriented side. After the downturn of the economy, she found herself looking for a new path to take. She decided to pursue the real estate profession. It allows her to stay active in the community while continuing to work in a challenging, detail oriented and ever changing career.

Rondi feels the most rewarding aspect of being a REALTOR® is putting her life experiences to work for her clients. If she is able to channel the detail oriented and multi-tasking skills of event planning, her personal and professional experiences in the real estate industry, and the passion to seek new challenges, she knows her results will continue to be productive and positive. At the end of the day, the joy reflected by her clients regarding a successful home purchase, or sale, is her greatest reward.

As a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Colorado, she continues to strive to better herself within her profession. This affords her the ability to continue to serve her clients at the highest standards. Rondi’s current designations include CNE, Certified Negotiations Expert; CMRS, Certified Military Residential Specialist; and the Windermere Relocation Specialist.
