When looking for a larger home to combine 3 generations into one house, Ronn Huth of Buyer’s Choice Realty was the agent that my family looked to for his expertise, knowledge, and patience. We explained our unique needs and Ronn immediately started looking into some of the properties available in the area. We found the perfect house and property, but we had to sell 2 houses that we currently lived in to be able to purchase the new combined home. Ronn assisted in being able to rent the new property while both other homes were put on the market. Ronn set up interviews with outside listing agents for our homes and helped us through the paperwork needed with the new home and their agent. Home inspections, bank pre-approvals, lawyers for rental agreements were coordinated by Ronn. The multi-faced contracts would not have gone as smoothly without having Ronn to assist us. He reviewed and explained all paperwork to assure that it was fully completed and submitted to all parties. I could call or text Ronn at any time and was sure that he would reply right away to discuss the issues and be sure all was going well.
