Ronnetta just helped us to buy our 7th house. She is by far the BEST realtor we have had. Ronnetta is extremely responsive and gets the job done. During a hot market it is important to move quickly. Ronnetta showed me any house I asked to see the same day. Phone calls and texts were promptly returned. She made us great referrals for financing, a roofer, and handyman. Not only is she an excellent realtor, she has a fun and positive demeanor that made the whole process very enjoyable. I highly recommend Ronnetta if you are looking to buy or sell your home.

From the moment I first called her to introduce myself, Ronnetta went out of her way to make my family’s move to SC as smooth as possible. During showings, we were impressed with the background info she had obtained on each property for us, her extensive connections in the market being apparent in her knowledge of what you wouldn’t read in the listings alone. Ronnetta was amazing all the way through our house selling experience! She is extremely knowledgeable about the requirements and forms which makes the process much less daunting and also a very timely and smooth transaction. Ronnetta went way above and beyond setting up an amazing space in our kitchen for the showings! We had 17 showings the first week and she was there in between making sure our house looked it’s best! Our house went under contract in 2 weeks! She helped us find roofers and contractors that were reasonably priced and very professional for all of our repairs. If any issues arose she got on it instantly and solved them! I can’t say enough great things and we definitely recommend her to all of our friends and family! You will love her!
