She has extensive experience selling short sales & real estate-owned properties, preparing broker price opinions, successfully executing cash for keys, property maintenance, and marketing foreclosures and residential properties.

She is an Accredited Buyer Rep, Certified Buyer Rep, and a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (Staging).
Ronnie holds an associate degree majoring in accounting & real estate and received an honorable discharge after eight years of service in the Air National Guard.
In addition to her experience in marketing, she has been hired by other real estate agents for her marketing expertise. Ronnie provides a higher level of marketing on her listings, including drone videos, full-color brochures, and various other computer-generated illustrations to help sell a home.
