Roo has help me and my family buy several properties. She has always gone above and beyond. She previews several properties to make sure they would work, with my mom being in a wheel chair she even measured doorways to make sure she could get in. She found the prefect properties for the entire family. No transaction to big, she managed to keep things straight and helped us in so many ways.

Roo and I trod a long and difficult road together. I was referred to her by a realtor in California as someone I could work with to purchase a home in Florida, where I intended to move. Roo is a real pro. She looked out for my interests and displayed great endurance as we encountered one difficulty after another in trying to find something suitable and affordable. Each time we would land on a property, there would be some issue. As luck would have it, Hurricane Ian hit virtually the entire state not long after my arrival. It caused damage that prevented lenders from closing deals on until repaired. Then there were roof issues at another place. But FINALLY, we prevailed and I am now in a lovely, remodeled townhome about 10 minutes from the beach. Thanks to Roo and her "team" for all of their support and dedication through out our challenging process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is trustworthy and reliable.

Guiding us on our picks and assisting us with providing house picks helped us to look for what we really wanted. Excellent agent. Was very knowledgeable about the Orlando area. She never hesitated to provide us with a video tour of any property that we sent her. She provided excellent and honest feedback on each house we viewed. Roo knew exactly how to attack an insane market to assure we'd have a place to move in time for my new job. We were moving from Texas to Orlando. We were selling here, and going to purchase there. We were a chaotic mess. My husband googled realtors in Orlando, and honestly I feel like someone was listening, and we found Roo. We went to Orlando only once to see houses. She had houses lined up everyday we were there. The housing market in Orlando is nuts right now. We moved quickly with offers, and we were still outbid. I never felt as if Roo rushed us into anything. She was very honest with how thing were running, and she walked us very clearly, and patiently through the offer process. When we left she traveled all over Orlando for us doing video walkthroughs. Her videos were thorough. If she noticed anything wrong she would point it out. She never rushed through the houses. I would highly recommend using Roo as your realtor. My mother will be moving to Orlando, and I am hoping to be able to work with Roo again when that time comes.

I had a short timeline to find a home in Orlando. I looked around for realtors online and found Roo. She contacted me very quickly and started working with me. To complicate things, I was trying to do this from Chicago. Roo looked for homes locally while I looked by web. She took the time to video each home that made the short list and talked with me about them. Roo definitely earned her commission on the sale. It also didn't hurt that she grew up near where I lived in the Chicago area. I would strongly recommend Roo if you're looking for a home in the Orlando area.

After searching the internet and interviewing several realtors I am so happy that I found Roo Klaers. My wife and I were relocating from out of state to Orlando and she knew just how to help us find our perfect home here. She was great at communicating across time zones, helping us narrow our list, touring homes, sending video walkthroughs, and, following up as soon as I was ready. She linked us with a great lender and the two of them made navigating this tumultuous market a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding professional on their side at the negotiation table. Roo gets it done!

When we first started our home search, Roo called us out of the blue to help us with finding a home. Little did we know that the process would take a few months (to no fault of Roo's - there were a multitude of factors) and she was beside us every step of the way.

She provided us a curated list of homes based on our specifications and understood what we were looking for so well that we felt comfortable continuing to entrust her with providing us potential properties.

Roo would always call/text and provide us updates on each and every home and she personally inspected each property we were interested in. As first time home renters, we had some reservations about the process, but Roo's consistency, updates and really listening to what we wanted really made us feel at ease.

Roo did an amazing job selling our home. We had a quick timeline due to the purchase of a new home. From our first meeting, Roo understood what we were needing and she definitely delivered. Any time we had a question she was very responsive and if she didn’t have the answer she would quickly find it.
