After having worked with a couple different realtors back in 2011 and being unsuccessful I was referred to Rosa through some friends. Soon after I hired her I was able to get an offer accepted, I believe it was the very first offer We submitted. She worked her realty magic and was able to get us our very first home.

After we had a couple of kids and added some pets we had outgrown this home, we knew that Rosa was the right person to help us with the sell of that home and purchase of a née one. She was able to sell that home quickly and for way more than the houses in the area, we were extremely happy about this.

We again used her to buy our second home and we were successful at it rather quickly.

Now we are looking to purchase our first investment house and you better believe we are using her as our realtor.

This woman is a go getter and an asset you have when buying property. I always HIGHLY recommend her to friends and family.
