Raised in New York, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology before changing course to follow her real estate ambitions. So why the change? She realized that nothing brought her joy quite like the feeling of helping families realize their real estate dreams.

Whether helping a family buy their dream home or aiding an investor in getting a significant return when selling their property, Rosa has the patience, understanding, and time-tested expertise to make it a smooth operation. In her mission to keep things as simple as possible for her clients, Rosa takes the time to break down her every strategy, explain every nuance of the process, and maintain an around-the-clock availability that accommodates everyone. Being bilingual does not hurt either!

Her authentic passion for real estate and the people behind the homes finds her fully invested in each transaction as she artfully guides her clients through the twists and turns, volunteering her expert opinion on an efficient and lucrative path to their ultimate goal. When you work with Rosa, you are left with the impression that she lives for real estate, but she also maintains an active personal life outside the office. She is a devoted wife and proud mother to her 26-year-old son and 23-year-old daughter, not to mention the family dog, Toby. She loves traveling the world for the opportunities to immerse herself in new cultures, dabble in foreign languages, and sample exotic cuisine. She is a fantastic cook and loves getting together with good friends for a home-cooked meal. She loves getting lost in a book or staying healthy with regular exercise during her alone time. But Rosa also needs to actively give back to her community to feel whole. She proudly serves on the board of directors for the Glendale Police Foundation and holds the vice president position for HealWithin International, a non-profit teaching constructive healing techniques to motherless children.
