My life in Real Estate dates back to 2003, while still attending college. A friend of the family, who is a mortgage loan broker, invited me to assist him with his Mortgage Loans business. Starting out as an assistant, I quickly moved up the ranks to Junior and then Senior Loan processor, where I learned much of what I know about what makes someone loan worthy, credit matters that affect a buyers loan, and the different types of loans available to a potential buyer.
Then in 2006, I became a licensed Realtor®. From this point forward I’ve worked with many brokers, agents/teams, banks, and situations. I entered the industry at the peak of California sales and prices, and quickly realized that this would not be an easy job. It’s one that never rests, one that requires extreme care and efficiency, and one that I enjoy because of the joy it brings others. Handing keys over to a new home-owner is one of the most satisfying honors this job can offer.
The days that pave the way to getting to that moment when I can hand over keys is not a road that is always easily traveled, however, I have a team of very qualified, efficient, and experienced supporters that help me get the job done each and every time.
I pride myself on my reputation, and the quality of service I provide to each and every one of my clients. I think about how I would like to be treated during the biggest investments of my life, and go from there. This job comes with many challenges at times, and these challenges are what keep me educated, informed, and on top of trends and programs beneficial to the success of your home-ownership goals.
My goal is to help families purchase their first home, sell a home, upgrade into a bigger home as the family grows, and to be an asset for any family's financial growth through Real Estate Investments.
