About Rosalie

Rosalie Hollings joined the sales team at Tidewater a decade ago after moving to Oriental from Charleston, SC. After a two-year period cruising the Bahamas, Oriental, North Carolina became the destination of choice for her husband and her. Born in England, Rosalie emigrated to the United States after spending several years in Canada and became a U.S Citizen in 1994.

Oriental and Pamlico County offers small-town living and a friendly and caring environment. It is the home to many world-class sailors as well as those who have always wanted to sail, along with every other water sport from kiteboarding to dragon boat racing. Book clubs, theater groups, and an active fine arts community are all here in Oriental. Beaufort and the Outer Banks are a short boat ride away.

A variety of affordable waterfront homes, vacant lots to build your own dream home, or waterfront condominiums are available as well as commercial properties for those interested in starting their own business. Taxes are low and life is good in Oriental.
