I recently worked with Rose Alvarez to sell my home in December 2020. From the beginning, Rose gave me invaluable advice on staging my home and preparing it for showings. She was always responsive, professional, and honest about what our next steps should be. There were several roadblocks that I encountered while selling the home but Rose always guided me with her expertise and firm but kind advice. I have recommended Rose to all of my family and friends, and I dare say that I would only work with her exclusively for my future real estate transactions.

Rose was such a pleasure to work with and made my first time home buying experience a great one. I had worked with two other realtors before Rose was recommended to me and the difference was night and day. She is very knowledgeable of the market and knows a good deal when she sees one. She also knows a bad deal when she sees one. She was very patient and easy to communicate with and when any issues arised I was confident that Rose and her team would be able to find a solution. These days everyone appears to be in real estate but not everyone has the experience that Rose has. Thanks again to Rose and her team!!
