Hello! I'm Rose Forsgren and I'm a licensed real estate professional here in Bellingham, Wa.

Homeownership has always been something that's been very important to me. I've just always resonated with the idea of having something that's special to me, and my family, and something that I can pass on someday. For me, it's just always represented this investment in myself.

Getting my real estate license was very empowering for me, because growing up my family wasn't always financially secure. I think that's part of what drove me to this field was being able to help educate people about buying and selling. When you're buying, there are so many steps in between getting pre-approved for a loan to actually closing on a home, and when you're selling there's so many steps before you even list to when you actually close. Unfortunately a lot of people just don't know what all of their options are or how to go about the process.
