I’m Rose Matchett, a Northeast Ohio real estate advisor serving Akron, Cleveland, and surrounding communities. I specialize in helping people relocate, buy, sell, and invest—with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
Before transitioning into real estate full time, I spent 25 years in home lending and personally helped finance over 2,000 homes across 17 states. I also bring experience in logistics and planning leadership, along with time spent as an insurance adjuster. That combination allows me to look at every transaction from a much broader perspective —financially, structurally, and strategically.
My path into real estate is personal. My family and I have relocated multiple times, and I’ve bought and sold homes 25 times myself. I understand what it’s like to live in a home while preparing it for sale, to juggle timelines, and to make decisions that affect both finances and daily life. That experience shapes how I guide my clients—step by step, without pressure or guesswork.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with individuals and families to understand budgets, long-term goals, and wealth-building opportunities. I believe owning a home is often the foundation of financial stability, and my role is to help clients make informed choices that support that future.
Outside of work, family means everything to me. I’m married and share my home with two Irish Wolfhounds, Gabby and Eli, who love community events and parades as much as I do. I also enjoy discovering local coffee shops and breweries throughout Northeast Ohio.
My goal is simple: to give every client a knowledgeable, high-end experience—no matter their price point—and to be a trusted resource long after the keys are handed over.
