Rose Savage

New York native and one of Brooklyn’s enduring real estate professionals, Rose Savage brings equal parts local market savvy and a pragmatism tempered with compassion to her clients. Rose leverages her intimate knowledge of the borough, having lived and worked within its many diverse neighborhoods, including her own Flatbush community. She is especially adept at assisting real estate clients who are making big life changes and is an expert when it comes to navigating the co-op process.

Rose’s unique combination of talents stems in part from her education as well as her desire to positively assist her community. After completing her master's in public health, Rose began working as a health and wellness advocate for residents living in underserved communities. This work inspired her to dedicate her time and resources to serving others with their housing needs, often managing both the sale of her clients’ longtime homes and helping them find the ideal property for the next stage of their lives. She listens, and works tirelessly to help her clients reach their goals. Helping people is her passion and she experiences extreme joy and accomplishment seeing her clients sell or begin their lives in their new home. Rose maintains high standards and places her clients above monetary gains.

She is skilled at artful negotiation and high revenue fundraising, having raised funds for students, residents, and research fellows at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. Rose has also worked with families who need help decluttering while navigating the complexity of making their homes ready for the market. She loves working with first-time home buyers and directing them to programs that support education on all the ins and outs of financing and affordability.

During her spare time, you can find Rose biking through Brooklyn, swimming at Brighton Beach, or running/walking in Prospect Park as she trains for local triathlons.
