Rose Vasilj

Rose began in real estate in 2013 while working for her family’s business. During her time there, she began to manage the family’s portfolio overseeing leasing, improvements, and day-to-day managing activities. The portfolio consisted of industrial land, multi-family, and office complexes. In 2014, she decided to further her career in real estate when she earned her real estate license. In doing so, she was able to streamline her family’s portfolio by selling non-performing assets and converting the investments into a profit-producing portfolio of 8 commercial properties throughout the greater LA and Inland area.

In April of 2016, Rose continues to excel in residential sales throughout the South Bay and West LA. She was recently featured in Southbay Magazine’s Women in Business. To date, Rose has managed over $17 Million in assets, overseen the sale and purchase of over $10 Million in real estate transactions. She holds an MBA in entrepreneurial operations, as well as a thorough background in construction management. Using her prior work experience, education, and skills in finance and research, she continues to grow and excel in this industry. Rose is a member of NAR and ULI and is currently working towards her CCIM designation.
