This was our first home buying experience and she did an excellent job walking us through the process and providing her expertise in the field so that we may ask the right questions to the sellers. Rosemarie was great ! Rosemarie helped my wife and I close on our first home during the hard times of the covid pandemic and she made our process as easy as possible. My husband and I decided to buy a house in the midst of the pandemic. We started looking around April 2020 and Rosemarie was there with us every step of the way. While there were limitations due to the pandemic, Rosemarie was on call helping us around the clock. The market as we know was so crazy that houses were literally selling in minutes. Anytime I would call Rosemarie she was ready to spring into action. One time when a house went up for sale, I called her and she literally stopped everything she was doing (she was driving on the highway) she pulled to the side of the road and called the other realtor and set up an appointment for us to see the house within 10 minutes.

She was also very knowledgeable of the house buying process and explained every detail to us of what was going on. She made sure that we were comfortable and well informed of any decision that we had to make.

I truly believe that the only reason we were able to buy a house in this crazy market was because of her knowledge, professionalism and determination to get us a house. She is the sweetest and caring person that I have ever worked with. If I can give her 100 star rating I would. Thank you so much Rosemarie for helping us find our dream home!!
