About Rosi

Rosi began her career in the auto body industry, first working on cars and later managing body shops. Her transition into land management began unexpectedly; while volunteering at a local park and painting a dump truck, she was offered a job that launched a new professional path. Over the years, she has developed extensive knowledge of R.V. park operations, land-use regulations, and waterway compliance.

Rosi also served with the Division of Forestry as a wildland firefighter, where she operated bulldozers to create firebreaks, fought wildfires, and led controlled burns. She has overseen prescribed burns on over 60,000 acres throughout her fire management career.

Her leadership experience includes serving as President of several organizations, including the Florida Institute of Park Personnel, Martin County Healthy Start, and the Realtor Association of Martin County. Guided by hard work and integrity values, Rosi is committed to delivering exceptional service to her clients. Her focus areas include industrial, agricultural, and retail properties, but she enjoys helping start-up businesses connect with the right resources to grow and thrive.

Rosi is my savior. After such a rotten experience with out of town realtors, she came in and produced two full price offers within a week. Her passion for what she does is so apparent and infectious, so that you actually end up enjoying the selling experience! She was always highly professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the transaction (whether selling or buying) and at the same time totally personable, so it was such a joy to work with her.
