Rosie Hayes grew up on the small island city of Key West, Florida. It was there that she met her husband, and Decatur native, Jake Hayes. They relocated to Decatur 8 years ago with their two small children in order to be closer to Jake’s family and work. She quickly fell in love with the history, fellowship, and sense of community within this great Texas town.
Rosie attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Fine Art in Interior Design. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, she is a licensed Interior Designer in both the states of Florida and Texas. Growing up, she was surrounded by real estate business transactions, as her father was a Real Estate Attorney and Broker, and her mother a Realtor.
In addition to design, Rosie enjoys traveling, boating, fishing, running and everything outdoors. Rosie is professional, diligent, hard-working, enthusiastic, and organized. While being very detail-oriented and creative, she can help clients realize the perfect investment including renovation ideas, or help sellers prepare their real estate in order to gain maximum return.
