An honest realtor that is willing to work with you and help you get the house that fits your needs. His knowledge of South Jersey really comes through as he talks about all of the benefits that living in each area has. In all of my conversations with him I have felt the same level of comfort that I have with my own friends. I found myself in the position of needing to sell my house quickly. I had already met with one realtor and I was unhappy with the outcome of that meeting. I mentioned my frustration to Ross and even though he doesn’t live in my area he offered to find me a great realtor local to me. I told him he could try but I needed it done yesterday. Within a few days of my conversation with Ross I had a meeting with an amazing realtor who sold my house quickly and easily. We all understand the normal stresses of buying a home— add in a pandemic and an inflated, competitive housing marking and the tension increases tenfold. When my fiancé and I decided to buy our first home together in New Jersey, we had the extra strain of purchasing while I was still living in Tucson. Ross Anziano made our experience as painless as possible! He was always ready and quick to schedule showings for us and worked with my three hour time difference. At times I had moments of upset upon losing a bid or simply over being so far away during the process. Ross was an excellent listener and kept my partner on track, focused, positive and calm. We did find our forever home and couldn’t be happier with how everything went during the final stages of buying. We are so thankful for all the time and work he put in to making our new house possible. we highly recommend Ross Anziano!
