Ross Friend is the Realtor that you want to use in Riverside County! After looking at many properties, Ross helped me find the perfect investment property within my budget that had everything on my wish list. He successfully negotiated my offer even though there were already multiple offers on the property. As is typical in a real estate transaction, there were some challenges that arose but he handled each one with his expertise and professionalism to keep the process moving forward seamlessly. He followed through and kept me updated throughout the process. Of all of the real estate agents I have worked with in the past, Ross Friend embodies the integrity and every great quality that one would want in their agent.
