As soon as we spoke with her over the phone, she kept the ball rolling, no time was wasted. She gave us the most accurate market analysis which was very helpful for us since we live in West Virginia. I worked with Roxanne for months when I was interested in buying my first home. I had spoken with several agents before but none proved to be as patient and willing to listen as Roxanne did. She understood that buying a home can be an intimidating task, especially for first time buyers. She walked me through everything that needed to be done and made me feel prepared and confident in my decisions. She not only treated me as though I was her top priority (even though I knew she works with many clients) but also acted as a friend that really has your best interests in mind. She has been so helpful and stays in touch months after the closing, still calling and giving me relevant information on real estate in my area. I bought my house with her, When I am ready to upgrade and sell my house it will be with her, and I will likely buy my next house through her.
