The closest that I have come to dealing with real estate was 50 years ago when we sold my mother's house. I totally relied on Roxanne to walk me through everything. I had many questions and she answered them all, explained everything when I wasn't sure about what I had just read. She told me more than once that we would get through all of this and we did. I know a number of agents, but when it came time to sell our home, I knew there was just one choice and that was Roxanne! We have known each other for many years and she went above and beyond, but I know given her work ethic she would go above and beyond for ALL of her clients. She did an amazing job of repairing and staging our home. It looked so good, I started questioning our leaving!

She guided my wife and me through the entire process and we relied on her expertise to get us to the finish line. She advocated on our behalf and got us a very good price, particularly in this economy. If anyone asked ME who I would recommend in this area, it would be Roxanne...no doubt about it!!! She is the best and a really good human being!!!! She killed it!

Roxanne got the job done! The lender she connected us to took away the loan contingency and she threw in a free month for the sellers to have time to move out. That helped get our offer accepted. We saw other places that she helped us make a bid on that had 30 and 40 other offers! It's a blessing we were able to get our offer accepted in this crazy market. She helped us get some money back from the sellers as well after the inspection report came back. Roxanne was always present with good communication throughout the whole process. I would recommend her services to anyone who is ready to get their first house

If I could I would give Roxanne 10 stars! She is very professional and has a positive attitude always. If you are looking for an Agent that is responsive and always working day and night than look no further. Roxanne loves what she does and it shows with every conversation we had. She goes above and beyond her duties as an agent. She has a great relationship with other agents and communicates very well when there is something you don't understand she explains it and if she doesn't know she will find out.
