I'd give Roy six stars if I could. Roy helped me sell two houses this Summer 2020. They were both under contract within a few days of going on the market (one for $5k above the listed price and the other at the listed price), which I consider outstanding.

I've been buying, selling, renting, remodeling and building homes for the past 15 years. I've worked sales and purchases with several real estate agents over those past 15 years, and what makes Roy stand out are his: negotiation skills, communications skills, confidence, tenacity and work ethic. He's customer service orientated and very easy to work with, I would recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate agent, without a doubt. Roy will definitely be representing me when I am ready with my next project.

Just bought my 1st home Roy and his team are awesome!!! any questions I had he/they always responded through text, email, or phone. I told him how I wanted my home and also price range as a single mom it's difficult there were times I just wanted to give up but he didn't let me!
