Roz is GREAT peoples! Our story: Was contracted by Roz to assist with installing new countertops on an investment property she was managing the flip on along with Gail. As a specialty contractor putting in new countertops we have a book of business of 100's of investors doing flips throughout the year that we service and we have an even bigger network of Realtors - hands down - Roz was the most professional and responsive investor/Realtor that we as a company have had the privledge to work along side! We love when we have the opportunity to work with clients like her and Gail and cannot imagine how awesome it would be to be her client!

Let me just start by saying... Roz is freakin awesome!! You should give her a call if you ever need to buy OR sell!

We needed to sell our "as is" house in Southern Maryland. After meeting with 3 other realtor firms and being told that we weren't ready. I was telling a friend about the discouragement and she referred me to Roz.

Roz met us on Saturday, listing went up Sunday, two showings Monday and UNDER CONTRACT Tuesday!!! I'm telling you again how amazing Roz is.

Meanwhile Roz took us to Western Maryland to look at properties. We made a total of three trip, looked at 25 houses. (She had a lot patience to put up with us!)

After our closing in only 2 weeks! We are now in our dream home in Western Maryland.

I give many thanks and much praise to Roz. We couldn't have done it without her. I encourage you to reach out to her with any of your real estate needs!
