Ruben Sanchez

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ruben Sanchez has over 15 years of economic development and real estate development experience. Mr. Sanchez expertise lies in his knowledge of both the commercial and multi-family residential real estate markets of Southern California. Mr. Sanchez also brings a strong understanding of the real estate process: strategic property acquisition, financing, planning, development, and marketing of properties. His vast knowledge of city laws, permits, and zoning laws are key to clients who are looking for someone that understands local building requirements and how to navigate local government. Mr. Sanchez has a strong understanding of real estate, business investments, and financing and is a professional asset to any client, big or small.

Mr. Sanchez holds a master’s degree in business administration, with an Emphasis in Finance from Cal State University Long Beach and is also a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP). Mr. Sanchez has been a licensed real estate broker with the State of California since 2016 (BRE# 02006975).
