After four years in the industry, Rubina was recruited by Discover Financials to work in their Risk Management department. Rubina continued her thirteen-year career in Risk Management and worked for large banks such as Discover Financials, HSBC, and CapitalOne before deciding to make the leap into what she now loves doing the most, real estate. Rubina has been a real estate broker for thirteen years and loves being a part of Compass.

Rubina works hard to stay competitive by training and educating herself in the evolving real estate market. She holds a number of designations within the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Her designations include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) accreditation, Sellers Representation Specialist (SRS), and most recently, Rubina completed her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation. In her free time, Rubina enjoys working out, traveling, dining at new restaurants in Chicago, cheering on her favorite Chicago sports teams, and spending time with her daughter.
