Rueben was an exceptional realtor to work with. He helped me understand aspects of the market and helped me fine tune my short term and long term goals in the search process. He was very dedicated and patient in showing me properties, and was not afraid to point out any "red flags" he saw that I would not have noticed. When I found a home I wanted he was extremely productive and efficient, getting my closing taken care of in less than a month. I came to Rueben because of a recommendation from a friend about his dedication, knowledge, and work ethic, and I'm recommending him for the same reasons.

Ruben is an incredible agent! He's incredibly patient, extremely knowledgeable, and a shrewd negotiator. It took me a long time to find exactly what I wanted, and Ruben was with me all the way, ever bright, cheerful, and understanding. What a wonderful experience it's been working with Ruben.

This is the 3rd property Rueben has helped us purchase. He is professional, charismatic, listens very well to our needs, and makes the process fun. His ability to convey Real Estate jargon to us is always appreciated. I will never use a different agent, he's a cutie pie.
