Rumbi Chakabva

Originally from Zimbabwe, Rumbi moved to the USA in 2003 to pursue her career in Medical Laboratory Sciences. She has always been passionate about helping people. In 2017, she moved from helping look for disease causing bugs to helping people find homes - big shift you may say- but she has always been in love with real estate, seeing how her parents, teachers in rural Zimbabwe, had invested in real estate to pay tuition for her siblings and herself. Coming to the USA and seeing so many beautiful homes, she thought owning a home was a privilege for the few who are rich and well connected. Today, Rumbi’s desire is not only help sell homes but to educate and empower people from all occupations about home ownership and be a resource before, during and after the home purchase/selling process. Real Estate investing, particularly multi-family investing is her specialty, currently leading in sales of multi-family homes in Coldwell Banker. Her desire is to assist clients in building long term financial freedom and generational wealth through wise real estate investments.

Rumbi married to a great supportive man and together they have 3 beautiful girls who are growing too fast. She enjoys walking the trails, volunteer work and gardening- all she needs are a few more hours in the day to fit everything in.
