Rushawn helped my wife and I buy our first home, in the middle of a crazy real estate market. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he taught us a lot in terms of things to look out for in a home and neighborhood. Rushawn is extremely responsive, personable, experienced, and patient. He never made us feel pressured, and always laid out the facts to us objectively for us to make an informed decision. We cannot recommend him highly enough, especially for first time home buyers.

Rushawn has been an absolute blast to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, cooperative, and highly attentive to detail. He does not approach his clients with merely a business attitude, but instead treats them as close friends. Out of the realtors that I've worked with, he has easily been by far the best experience and easiest to work with!

Rushawn was extremely dedicated and available throughout a very competitive San Jose real estate deal, expert advice in financing, strong negotiation skills, the deal closed on time with a better deal than I expected. Great knowledge and expertise coupled with being available for everything!
