Russ Bono, CCIM

Russ Bono is a part of the Capital Markets / Investment Sales team at CBRE Detroit and works in the Grand Rapids office covering the West and Mid-Michigan areas. He is also a member of CCIM and ICSC. Russ has over 21 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, and is licensed in both Michigan, Florida and Nevada. Russ’ duties include financial analysis of investment properties, formulating investment property valuations for sellers, and creating pro-formas and market analysis to assist investors in making informed decisions. Russ is committed to providing his Clients with the highest quality of service and attention in meeting their Commercial Real Estate needs. One of the keys to Russ’ success has been being well versed in the art of negotiation and being able to creatively overcome obstacles to get the deal done. Russ is a member of CCIM, having earned that prestigious designation in 2017.
