Incredible experience working with Travis Colclasure and the Eskilson team. Travis worked around the clock, seven days a week to help get us into our dream home. Travis was professional, responsive at all hours of the day and an all around pleasure to work with. It should be noted that throughout the entire home buying process, Travis was also hard at work selling our condo. Both the sale of our condo and purchase of our new home went smoothly and Travis walked us thought every step of the process. If anyone is looking to sell their home or purchase a new home, I cannot recommend Travis and the Eskilson team enough. I put my faith in Travis to get the job done and he did exactly that.

Ron Dowda was our agent in selling our house recently. He knows the Clairemont Mesa, Kearney Mesa area probably better than anyone since he lives and has been selling homes in the area for over 20 years. He was the listing agent when we bought the house in 2004 and he brings by a nice calendar to the area bi-monthly and is always open for questions and conversation. It was an easy choice 12 years later to choose Ron Dowda to help us sell our house.
He tells it like it is and gives great feedback on what or if things need to be done to best position your house for sale since he knows the area so well. If your looking to buy in the area again he knows the area so well and has sold so many homes in the area.
He is a great choice real estate agent to have in your corner looking out for your best interests.
