He even worked while he was on vacation to make sure everyone was on task and his communication skills have been the best I have ever seen! I just can't say enough about how amazing and professional Russell is at his craft! I've personally know Russell for over 10 years, but never worked with him on a professional level until recently. My wife and I have been looking for a house in Moyock since Oct 2021, I know MANY Realtors but instead of using one of them my wife fell into the clickbait trap on Zillow and started communication with an unknown (to us) agent. We explained to her what we were looking for and that we wanted to find a place BEFORE we listed ours. Every time we reached out to her for communication (when we found a house we wanted to look at) it would be a day or so before we would hear back from her. This happened SEVERAL times since around November. Fast forward to Father's Day weekend. My wife found a house where we were looking and texted her again. No response, so I posted a "gripe post" on Facebook asking my real estate agents for advise. Russell was the first to respond that Sunday morning, so my wife started telling him about the situation, that morning after church we met with him at the house we wanted to see, fell in love with it and with Russell's help put in our offer and found out at 8pm that night it was accepted. Funny part was, on Monday morning the other agent FINALLY responded and again advised the house was under contract...we let her know yes...we put it under contract and her services were no longer needed. We also at that moment decided to have Russell help with selling our house. We had it on the market by the next weekend and had it under contract in 4 days!! While we were handling the process of selling one and purchasing another, Russell was taking a WELL DESERVED cruise and was STILL more accessible and communicative with us than the previous agent. Russell and his team were completely amazing and professional from start to finish and definitely has the clients best interest at heart. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team if you want to see quality results!! Thank you Russell in being an integral part of our next chapter!! See you tomorrow at closing!

Absolutely adored working with Russell! He hit the ground running with us as soon as we reached out to him and was always quick to respond (even during weekend hours when we figured we would hear back Monday at the earliest). He was willing to drive around with my husband for hours hitting up as many open houses and homes that met our requirements until we finally found the one.

The only sad thing about closing on our home and officially being home owners for us is, our time spent with him is over. No more fun jokes or laughs.

Seriously, if you want a talented wonderful Realtor, Russell Bryant is who you want. Can not rate him high enough.

I needed to sell my home and did not know how to go about since we have been living in it for short period of time but Russel came to me through a referral and he took on the whole situation without hesitation and did everything in his power to be able to get it to sell. The whole process went smoothly, communication was outstanding and I will forever be thankful for everything he has done for my family. Anyone wanting to buy or sell a home don’t hesitate to use him. Russell is honest and he won’t push you to do anything you don’t want, also he is always ready to provide any information to you that you might need or request. I wish I could give him more starts because this is the first time someone went beyond to help me without even knowing me and to me that’s worth a million.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Russell is absolutely the best. After the passing of my father and making the decision to sell his home, I called Russell. Russell was so compassionate and understanding that I knew right then and there I wasn't going to call anyone else to help me sell my fathers home. With selling my dads home we hit a few hiccups along the way and Russell was quick to get everything handled. Russell kept me in the loop on everything which I liked very much. Russell was always on point to answer any questions I would have. Not only does he love what he does but he genuinely cares for his clients.
