Russell Grooms

Russell Grooms has been with Watson Realty since March of 1973 and is currently a sales associate with the Avondale/Ortega office. He specializes in residential real estate and is familiar with sales and listings involved with waterfront, executives, estates, relocation activities, trusts, and all facets of real estate sales.

Russell is knowledgeable of waterfront, boating, fishing, and hunting opportunities in North Florida. He has been a licensed real estate broker in Florida since 1975, is the past President of the Clay County Association of Realtors, and National Director of the National Association of Realtors. He was the 2002 Treasurer, 2003 President-Elect, and 2004 President of the Florida Association of Realtors, 150,000 members strong. Russell was also the 2009 Regional Vice President of the National Association of Realtors.
