The expression “Find your passion and learn how to do it right”; Over 19 years ago, my’ real estate business opportunity opened up, as God opened those doors.
I believe my continued success is a tribute to their commitment to “client satisfaction”. I understand to successfully work with “buyer and sellers”, there has to be the “right fit”. As a result, I have many satisfied clients because I adhere to this strong belief. My ultimate goal is to always do the “right thing” in putting the client’s best interest first.
I look at different avenues for my clients while guiding them through their real estate transaction. During the buying process, it is important to ensure that the buyers are comfortable with not only the financial aspect of the transaction, but also the area, location, schools, etc. As sellers, there are different variables to consider before listing a home. I am careful to advise all of our clients on issues pertaining to their prospective transactions. I have often found potential issues with title, tax liens, delinquent HOA fees, appraisals and possible income tax ramifications. I consider it my job to inform them of my findings and direct them to the correct professional to assist them in their decision to proceed.
“Most importantly, I believe IF it is NOT in the best interest of the client to complete their transaction as arranged, to cancel. It is more important to protect their financial and legal interests than to close the deal. I want to make sure our clients are satisfied on the day escrow closes and thereafter.
I am a firm believer in education and awareness. In this ever changing business, it is a must to stay on top of the nuances of the market as well as legal changes and how they affect my client’s decisions. “Real estate transactions can be a very complex in today’s market. This is why it is important to have a team of professionals all working together. I surround myself and consult with mortgage, tax, financial advisors and attorneys to ensure the best result for the client. I make a point of understanding not only their job, but the process of the other professionals in the transaction as well. This ensure a smooth transaction for my clients to the best of my ability.
