Rusty Gerdes

Rusty Gerdes grew up in the Rio Grand Valley and graduated from Texas A&M in 1995 with a degree in Finance, specializing in Real Estate. After working in commercial real estate in Dallas, Rusty decided to move back to College Station to continue his career in "Aggieland. As well as being a licensed Texas Realtor, Rusty also holds a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. He enjoys restoring old cars, watching movies, travelling and scuba diving.

Rusty is also real estate investor in the Bryan-College area. He owns single, multi-family, and commercial properties. He enjoys helping people find the right place for their needs: whether that is a condo/townhomes for your college student, first time home Buyers, larger homes or smaller homes to downsize, luxury homes, investment property, and rural land and equestrian property
