We have worked with Rusty Koivu to sell and then at a later date, buy a home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was quick to respond to any communication/questions we had. Rusty was always well prepared for our appointments. We felt confident that he was focused on what was in our best interest. We bought our current home (that we love ) during a very difficult time in the market to be a buyer. Rusty is absolutely fantastic. We worked with him 10 years ago when we were buying our first home and again with him this year when we sold. He is knowledgeable, attentive, proactive and truly treats you like family. He spent a great deal of time answering our questions, giving his advice and making sure we understood every part of the buying and selling process.
