My husband and I worked with Ruth to purchase our first home. Our experience was filled with ease, positivity and determination. We were on a tight timeline and Ruth worked diligently to make sure we would be able to get things wrapped up when needed. She made herself available to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot) and she was there every step of the way. She was patient while our two year old threw countless fits being carted from showing to showing, and she never made us feel like an inconvenience. I would work with her again in a heartbeat! She has a genuine passion for her field and clients, and it definitely shows through her determination and professionalism while she works. Thank you so much, Ruth!

Ruth is the real deal. She was personabke, kind, informative, a true advocate, and a top notch negotiator. Ruth was able to calm my nerves and checked in with me even after I closed on my first home.
If you're looking for a realtor who cares, has experience, knows the market, can negotiate like no other, and allows you to speak freely then Ruth is the realtor for you.
If you're a coffee drinker there is an additional bonus because Ruth has the best coffee drink recommendations.

Ruth went above and beyond for us from beginning to end. From sitting down with us and a lender to talk about our options to checking in with us after we moved into our home to see if there was anything else we needed. Buying a home, especially as first time home buyers can be an overwhelming and stressful process. We had high expectations for our first home for our little family and even when things weren't going in our favor, Ruth supported us and always was able to find a solution to get us through it. She always worked with our busy schedules, answered our late night calls, and is extremely knowledgeable. We are so happy with our decision to buy a home and can't thank Ruth enough for all of her hard work in getting us there!!

Honestly mine and my husbands experience with Ruth was amazing. We are first time home buyers, and honestly from the beginning everything went smooth. There was some ups and downs. Ruth and Christy were amazing throughout this whole home buying process! We were first time home buyers and were unsure of where to start. It was as easy as sending a message and these ladies took care of the rest! I loved how quick they were with messaging back and how flexible they were with our availability! I was always informed with updates and we never felt pressured to purchase a home we were not in love with like many other realtors might do. I would recommend anybody to reach out to them! We knew Ruth was the right realtor for us from the first time we met with her. She was exactly the type of realtor we were looking for. Ruth was everything we hoped for and more. She was so knowledgeable, always willing to do last minute showings, set up open houses, kept us updated, and willing to do what it takes to get things done. We have been working with Ruth for close to a year and since day 1 she has worked so hard to get us to the closing table despite all the challenges we faced. And trust me there were times where my husband and I felt very defeated. But she literally worked her magic with us!! She was very thoughtful, she would show up with coffee for us as well as little treats for my son. She was very responsive all the time, answered all my questions, always on time. Just little things that made all the difference. I cannot thank her enough for not giving up on us and getting us into a home. I will definitely be recommending her to others.
