On top of that, when negotiations on our recent sale (multiple offers!) got confusing, she was patient and thorough in walking us through our different options and the advantages/disadvantages for each. Ruthie helped us find our first home back in 2013. When we decided we had outgrown that home after having two children, we wouldn’t have asked anyone else to help us sell it and find our second home! Ruthie is not only knowledgeable about real estate, but she truly cares for her clients and listens to their wants and needs.
