This is the second time I was lucky enough to work with Ryan. He is truly amazing. Quick sells at the top dollar. He spares no expense in advertising and doesn’t expect the house to sell itself. Very knowledgeable and considerate. He will not steer you in the wrong direction.

I have used Ryan as my realtor 3 times in the past. He is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. He was always available to show me homes and answered every question/concern I had very quickly. With my last condo, he had a solid contract within 2 weeks! Ryan is a great Realtor! He was referred to us by a mutual acquaintance when it came time to sell my parents’ home. When he contacted me, I let him know that we were planning on a private, non-market sale, but he freely offered his advice and thoughts, in a low-pressure way, even though we were not planning on using an agent. The private sale ultimately fell through, and Ryan stepped in to represent us in putting the house on the market and getting it sold. We couldn’t be happier with how it went.

I was very impressed with his dedication to making the process run as smoothly as possible for us, his friendliness and professionalism, and his willingness to be available for questions and concerns at any time, including weekends. He was super responsive to our inquiries, and came out to meet with me and my siblings several times to walk through the house and give his advice on what we needed to do to get it ready to sell.

We took advantage of his great list of small businesses that he calls on to get things done on his houses, all of whom came through promptly and for a very reasonable price. His photographer made the house look terrific, and the cleaning folks he hired made it sparkle. He also has the benefit of many years of experience, and is familiar with a lot of the other brokers and lending institutions in the area, which helps in negotiating the best deal.

He did a lot of research to come up with a realistic asking price for the house, taking into account up-to-the-minute market data, and we ended up selling it for over the asking price. He kept us calm during the inevitable bumps in the road on the way to the closing, and was professional and friendly and very responsive throughout the entire transaction and beyond.

I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was lucky enough to have worked with Ryan when buying my first home. I knew nothing about the process and Ryan was very helpful in answering all my questions. Ryan was available anytime to help me, and go look at homes. Ryan was very professional, and worked very hard for me during the whole process. The process was very smooth and he made buying a home more fun and painless than I ever would have imagined! I will only use Ryan for any future realtor needs. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family.
