Ryan came to the Twin Cities from Wisconsin to earn his degree in plant genetics and biology from the University of Minnesota. He built a tough work ethic through his studies and while researching medicago truncatula – a model plant for soybean – at the St. Paul campus. While he enjoyed the academic aspects of science, ultimately the influence of growing up around the construction business steered him toward a path in real estate.
In 2006, Ryan became a licensed real estate agent and began working earnestly during what was a very challenging time for the housing market. Through determination, hard work and by bringing expertise to every transaction he laid a solid foundation for what has now become a successful career. Ryan thrives on building relationships and helping his clients achieve their goals of finding their dream home, whether it’s a $250,000 or $2,500,000 house. His business is focused in the Twin Cities metro area and Western Wisconsin, but he is licensed for all of MN and WI.
Ryan lives in Grant, MN with his wife Emily and three young children. They enjoy the rural atmosphere and make the most of their small acreage by tending a large garden, raising a small flock of chickens and harvesting honey from beehives.
