It was such a relief and privilege to have found Ryan. After struggling with several realtors to sale our large acre ranch style home, he stepped in and turn around everything with grace and execution. He creatively found ways way to promote, update, provide virtual staging, quick follow up with former and new interested buyers. He is informed and well knowledgeable in the real estate field and was able to provide solutions for any roadblocks a potential buyer could have. He was informative on any and all updates, worked well with grandma to help her find comfort in selling her home of 25 years. We had such a wonderful experience, I wish all the best and huge success for Ryan. He is amazing and talented!

Being a first-time home buyer, Ryan was a lifesaver for the purchase of my new home. Beginning the process out of state during the COVID pandemic and unable to travel, Ryan made the whole process seamless and like it was normal. He connected me with multiple lenders with which to contact. He quickly jumped on the ball on trying to find me a new home and was patient with me juggling a job and living away. When I was able to relocate, Ryan upped his game and quickly began sending homes my way. We finally settled on one, put in an offer that day and was accepted. He made the transition period seemless working with me and everyone else to make sure everything was ready to go for closing! We moved to Lexington from Maine. Ryan helped us purchase our property from afar by giving us a FaceTime tour of the property we ultimately purchased. He helped us pick a walkable and quiet neighborhood with great access to restaurants, including a food truck park that is slated to open within the year.

My confidence in Ryan’s ability to help us find a great home (that we didn’t see until closing day!!!) was well placed - a mark of someone looking out for his buyers. Ryan did an excellent job negotiating with the seller’s agent, and stayed under the price requirements we had. I highly recommend Ryan and will gladly have him represent me from both the buyers and sellers side.

Ryan is incredible! He helped my wife and I buy our first home last year - off market and exactly what we were looking for. A year later and we're still in love with it.

He's referral only, don't take for granted the quality of service you will get with him! Always available, very knowledgable about the market, and completely customer centric. Ryan helped my wife and I find the perfect home! As an insurance agent, I work with real estate agents on a daily basis and Ryan is one of the best.
