Ryan Davenport

Ryan was born in Dallas, but spent his high school years in the small town of Fredericksburg, TX. Ryan attended the University of North Texas and played football for the Mean Green. Ryan graduated from UNT with a BBA in Real Estate and as a four-year letter winner, team captain, and Shawn Kramer Award recipient in football.
Ryan started his career in Dallas with a national corporate real estate firm where he was responsible for developing new business as well as assisting on national accounts for FedEx, IBM, Alcoa, and Dow Jones. In 2009, Ryan came back to Denton and joined the team at Scott Brown Commercial, helping to expand their commercial division, and over the next 7 years, Ryan helped them to grow services in Commercial Management, Development, and Property Tax Advisory.
Upon leaving Scott Brown Commercial in 2016, Ryan started Trestle Partners a real estate advisory firm with a focus on supporting its clients in all aspects of the real estate life cycle. Since its inception, Trestle has developed a reputation as a client-centric firm with a focus on communication and results.
Ryan resides in Argyle with his wife and two young children. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time on outdoor activities such as hunting, golfing, and attending University of North Texas football games, Go Mean Green!
